Tiber Creek Consulting offers modeling services to meet custom user needs. Modeling incorporates statistical and operations research techniques to analyze historical data to extract information in a structured form that supports management and decision making. We have designed and developed custom manpower forecasting and simulation models to meet our customer’s planning and budgeting needs for over 18 years.
Tiber Creek has developed a number of successful modeling systems for the U.S. Army National Guard that forecast the monthly assigned strength, gains, losses, promotions, etc. of the National Guard up to seven years in the future using a combination of stochastic and deterministic methodologies. These complex tools allow the National Guard administrators to control modeling algorithms through rule sets that augment or diminish the effect of historical influences on the model. These controls are exposed to the user with a sophisticated yet intuitive user interface. These powerful tools allow the National Guard to plan budgets and prepare for missions.
