Tiber Creek Consulting, Inc. is looking for cleared professionals at associate and intermediate levels, to join our DASTO team in providing data and application support to the United States Army Human Resources Command (HRC) working at Fort Knox KY.

The U.S. Army HRC and its mission partners, U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC), Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO), and Marketing and Engagement Brigade (MEB) Information Technology (IT) have a mission to maintain, enhance, develop and sustain IT systems, programs, applications, and databases vital to managing the Army's personnel. Support includes governance, compliance, development and sustainment of applications and systems; business intelligence support; data warehouse support; data administration support; system analysis; and Commercial/Government-Off-The-Shelf administration support.

Education:BA/BS Degree or AA Degree / 2 years’ Technical School with 2+ years’ experience to be considered for Associate level positions. BA/BS Degree with 5+ years’ experience or AA Degree with 7+ years’ experience to be considered for Intermediate level positions.
Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship Required.
Job Duties:
  • Under direct supervision, assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements (Associate level).
  • Analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direction of experienced Business System Analysts. Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment (Associate level).
  • Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary (Intermediate level).
  • Guides and advises less experienced Business Systems Analysts. Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment (Intermediate level).
Minimum Qualifiers:
  • Unable to work with 3rd party candidates or agencies.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship Required.
