Digital Marketing Specialist

Tiber Creek Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, responsible for marketing and communications for our governance, risk management, and compliance Software as a Service (SaaS) platform called IntelliGRC and for our federal government business operations. You will help us promote our B2B offerings and reach the clients who would benefit from our solutions. Our ideal candidate will have marketing experience, graphics design experience, knowledge of branding, and the ability to collaborate with team members and business partners to establish and achieve marketing goals.

Education:Degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred but not required.
Certifications:Preferred - Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and/or Professional Certified Marketing (PCM) in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
Experience:2+ years' work experience in Marketing and/or Graphics Design. Experience within the cybersecurity and/or IT Industry preferred. Small business experience preferred.
Clearance:Candidates must be US citizens who are clearable for a DoD Secret clearance, due to military contract requirements.
Related Experience Should Include:
  • Successful track record in strategically developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and public relations.
  • Graphics design tools experience such as Adobe Photo Shop, Indesign, Canva, etc.
  • HTML/Website design experience.
  • CRM Experience.
  • Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and/or Professional Certified Marketing (PCM) in Digital Marketing.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
  • Experience working in technology or highly-regulated industry, preferably in Cybersecurity or compliance niches.
  • Experience in marketing and graphics design within the Cybersecurity and/or IT Industry sector.
  • Experience with working in a small sized business.
Job Duties:
  • Promote the IntelliGRC business, services, platform, and brand.
  • Support proposal graphics design.
  • Support application design for IntelliGRC and Tiber Creek’s government software applications as needed.
  • Handle and champion all aspects of communication, marketing, and publicity, maintaining a positive public image and developing materials viewed by current and prospective customers that align with the brand's messaging and visual guidelines.
  • Support our CRM processes as it relates to communications, branding, and messaging.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services.
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan, strategies, and collateral to drive interest and sales.
  • Generate new business leads through digital marketing, public relations, and event marketing.
  • Increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate development of editorial calendars for website and social media platforms (ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to support buyer’s journey.
  • Oversee the IntelliGRC website, evaluating and managing performance and developing, maintaining, and updating content.
  • Manage all search engine optimization and lead all SEO activities, such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on major search networks.
  • Build and maintain a positive public image for company, creating and distributing press releases.
  • Collect and analyze data each month, identifying trends and applying data to adjust goals and action plans. Also, keep a touchpoint on data and analytics programs throughout the month to stay aware of urgent needs (ie. Google Analytics).
  • Hold regular meetings with leadership to review progress, resolve challenges, present possible next steps, and provide alignment of marketing strategy to business goals.
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
  • Coordinate with the team to plan and host industry events.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and design software (ie. Adobe InDesign and Canva)
