Full Stack Java Developers

Tiber Creek Consulting, Inc. is seeking fully remote, Full Stack Java Developers to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command. You will be a part of a team that is maintaining, enhancing and upgrading a myriad of applications and services in an enterprise environment. You must have a current DoD Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ CE to be considered for this position.

Certifications:CompTIA Security+ CE required.
Experience:Intermediate, 5 years relevant experience + 4 yr. degree; experience accepted in lieu of degree. Senior, 10 years relevant experience + 4 yr. degree; experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Clearance:Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Related Experience Should Include:
  • Java Design patterns (MVC, DAO, Singleton, Factory, etc.) 
  • Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase or similar databases. 
  • Version control tools such as Git. 
  • Supporting Java Virtual Machine (JVMs) in Unix/Linux/Windows environments. 
  • Using modern User Interface (UI) technologies such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap. 
  • Using build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and npm. 
  • Framework tools such as Hibernate and Spring.
Job Duties:
  • Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code using Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and XML for software components of the web applications. 
  • Works with project team members to develop the concept, interface design, and architecture of the websites. 
  • Responsible for interface implementation; integrates web applications with back-end databases. 
  • Deploys large web-based transaction systems using application servers. 
  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements. 
  • Designs, writes, and maintains unit tests such as JUnit, Jasmine, SoapUI, or Selenium.
